These photos were taken in the jungles and highlands of Guyana in the
vacinity of Mt Roraima. It was this mountain and the mysteries
surrounding it that served as inspiration for Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's
novel
The Lost World. Mt Roraima is located at the junction of the borders of Guyana, Venezuela and Brazil.
